Case 5: Kerrie
 

Concerns:

Kerrie was concerned about her upper lateral incisors rotating and wanted her upper centrals more proclined. She requested her teeth to be whiter and had tried to bleach her teeth but with little effect.

Treatment:

  • INVISALIGN:  20 weeks
  • PENN Composite Stent:  3 hours

Concerns:

Marisa was concerned about her crowded and chipped upper anteriors.

Treatment:

  • INVISALIGN:  20 weeks
  • Bleach (Home) in aligners:  2 weeks
  • Composites: 1 hour

 

Case 7: Nan
 

Concerns:

Nan was deeply embarrassed about her smile. Her occlusion was poor, teeth crowded and her old veneers were grossly discoloured. The images show pre-Invisalign, after Invisalign and after enhancement using the Penn Composite Stent.

Treatment:

  • INVISALIGN:  46 weeks
  • Old Composites removed: 1 hour
  • PENN Composite Stent:  3 hours

 

Case 8: Sue
 

 

Sue did not want any alignment phase but was dismayed by her aesthetics and needed help. Her teeth were badly stained and discoloured, chipped, misaligned and many gingival recessions were evident.
These images show the extent of the problems and after old restorations were removed and teeth bleached (Zoom - In surgery)

  • Replacement of old Composites:  2 hours
  • In Surgery Bleach:  2 hours
  • PENN Composite Stent:  2.5 hours
