Module 10. Intra-oral Scanning for Invisalign
A 3 hour seminar educates participants about digital dentistry, in particular the potential impact of new digital impression taking technologies on their practice, and showcases Cadent’s highly regarded iTero intra-oral scanner.
Alongside the iTero’s benefits for crown and bridgework, dentists will primarily learn about the scanner’s interoperability with Invisalign treatment, which sees the turnaround time between impression and aligner production halved.
Hands-on demonstrations feature the iTero in action, and also provide the opportunity for each participant, with the aid of a clinical digital specialist, to scan a prepped tooth on their own take-home typodont, from which a restorationof their choice is fabricated and delivered
