Unique parallel confocal scanning technology that produces extremely accurate 3D digital visualizations :

iTero Unique Scanning Technology

  • 100,000 points of laser light are projected in perfect focus at 300 focal depths of the tooth structure, meaning the digital capture of oral structures is accurate to within 50 microns

  • Out-of-focus information is rejected, allowing the iTero to produce very detailed on-screen visualizations

  • 100% powder-free scanning: a uniform light dispersion, which enhances scan precision, is produced without the use of coating material

Pre-scanning:
