Sending work to us
Now we make it faster and easier for you to send your cases to SCDL USA!
Door to door driver pickups and deliveries (inside our local area) or we will pickup with UPS or FedEx (for those of you outside our pick up area)

Please call us to schedule a driver pick up or we will send a UPS or FedEx courier to your office for a next day pick up for only $3.95. Reduce this fee by sending multiple cases at once. Your return shipping is always FREE.
Please call us locally at (727) 544-5020 or toll free at (877) 281-0211 so one of our friendly associates can schedule a pick up, send you shipping boxes, additional prescriptions or our updated information.
Alternatively, overnight shipments are available for cases requiring certain time restraints at an additional fee.
Impressions Only
Wherever possible please send silicone or rubber impressions. Please leave it to us to pour the models. Alginates need to be poured prior to case pick up at your office.
Please do not put laboratory prescriptions in with wet impressions as we need to accurately read your instructions without water contamination.

Order Forms
Prescriptions are provided by SCDL with an original and two duplicates, or can be downloaded from our website at www.scdlab.com. Please include as much detail as possible about each case. Always include shade, tooth number and type of restoration or prosthesis you require. If you require more prescriptions please phone our office (or use your letterhead as an alternative). Your phone, fax and email addresses are important, so please include them in your information listed.
Finishing Dates
Please allow two full weeks between impression taking and insertion appointment, unless additional time is required. We find this reduces stress to the dentist, patient and laboratory.
Terms of Payment
Account statements will be sent you on a monthly basis. Accounts are to be paid in full within 30 days of receiving your statement. Payment can be made by credit card by calling our office or by remitting a check.

5 Year Guarantee
We are so confident in the quality of our products and workmanship, all crown and bridge cases are guaranteed for 5 years. A written guarantee is enclosed with each case upon return to you. (Guarantees will not be issued if the impressions are deemed unsatisfactory by SCDL or if the material chosen for the case is unsuitable.)
