Now even faster and easier!...SCDL signs exclusive DOOR to DOOR deal with Toll Couriers

We are excited to announce a significant improvement to the pick up and delivery of your lab work. Faster and more reliable (and fully trackable) than our existing service, all cases will be returned to your practice by Toll Couriers (at no additional fee to our current charges) by 12 noon next day.

Additionally, we offer the same exceptional service from your practice to our office. Using our pre-labelled bags (which you can purchase from SCDL) simply ring TOLL PRIORITY and they will pick up from your practice. You must ring TOLL by 2pm to ensure pick up by 5pm and delivery to us next day.

Alternatively, we recommend Australia Post "Express Post" guaranteed next day delivery satchels as a cost effective and reliable method to send work to us. Delivery is guaranteed next day to us from most areas in Australia . Satchels are available from your local Post Ofice.

Impressions Only

Wherever possible please send silicone or rubber impressions. Please leave it to us to pour the models. Alginates need to be poured where possible.

Please DO NOT put laboratory order forms in with the wet impressions as we need to read your instructions accurately without water contamination.

Order Forms

Provided by SCDL with an original and two duplicates, or can be downloaded from our website at www.scdlab.com. Please include as much detail as possible about each case. Always include the shade, tooth number and type of restoration or prosthesis you require. If you require more order forms please call our office (or use your letterhead as an alternative). Your phone and fax numbers are important: Please include on your order form.

Finishing Dates

Please allow 8 working days or 11 working days for Implant and Procera between impression taking and insertion appointment (except in remote areas where delivery may take a few days longer). We find that this completely alleviates any stress to dentist, patient and laboratory.

Terms Of Payment

Accounts will be sent to you on a monthly basis. Accounts are to be paid within 30 days of receiving your statement. Payment can be made by Credit Card (over the phone or providing us with details), or by cheque.

5 Year Guarantee

We are so confident in the quality of our products and workmanship, all crown and bridge cases are guaranteed for 5 years. A written guarantee is enclosed with each case upon return to you. .(Warranties will not be issued if the impressions are deemed unsatisfactory by SCDL or if the material chosen for the case is unsuitable).
