Terms & Conditions of Trading Account

SERVICES & PRICES

The price of the services provided shall be detailed in writing by Southern Cross Dental Laboratories (SCDL) to the customer. Prices are subject to change without notification.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that jobs sent for processing are delivered to SCDL. The customer remains responsible to bear all delivery costs.

Turnaround times for jobs are approximately 8 working days from when SCDL receives the parcel. This is conditional on there being no delays as a result of factors beyond our control. Procera and Implants take longer to manufacture.

It remains the responsibility of SCDL to ensure that processed work is delivered back to the customer.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for services provided can be made by cheque, credit card or electronic funds transfer. Invoices are due for payment thirty (30) days from statement date. Any balances outstanding over 60 days may incur interest and administration charges.

American Express credit cards currently incur a 2% surcharge.

GUARANTEE

SCDL offers a five (5) year guarantee on all crown and bridge work (except veneers), for any fractures or defects that may occur during the manufacturing process. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions.

  • Guarantee is valid for 5 years from issue date
  • Original crown/ bridge must be returned with redo case
  • The redo crown must be of the same material as the original
