This year marks a special milestone—ten years of working alongside the ADA Dental Health Foundation (ADHF). It’s been a decade of shared purpose and mutual support, built on a simple idea: everyone deserves access to quality oral care.

At Southern Cross Dental, we’ve always believed that oral health should be accessible to everyone. It plays a critical role in everyday life, from eating comfortably to showing up confidently. Yet for many in our community, dental care is simply out of reach. That’s where the ADHF steps in, and where we’re proud to lend our support.

For the past decade, we’ve provided pro bono lab support including crowns, dentures and other products to help volunteer dentists carry out care at no cost to the patient. It’s a small contribution within a much bigger effort, but one that supports outcomes that really matter. Since the beginning of our involvement, 440 patients have received care through this program, supported by 173 dentists across Australia. These numbers reflect the strength of collaboration and the shared commitment to making a difference, patient by patient, case by case.by patient, case by case.

The ADHF recently visited our Sydney office to mark the milestone and present a token of appreciation. It was a reminder that this work is about shared commitment. What makes this partnership work isn’t any one team, but the combined effort of clinicians, volunteers and lab support all working toward the same goal.

Ten years in, our commitment remains as strong as ever. We are incredibly proud to play a role in this transformative mission and look forward to many more years of working hand-in-hand with the ADA Dental Health Foundation to continue changing lives, one smile at a time.
