At Southern Cross Dental, we understand how important it is that your cases are delivered quickly and efficiently so all orders are dispatched in the shortest possible
We’ve made arranging for a Team Global satchel pick-up super easy to get your cases delivered in the fastest possible time.
All you need to do is ensure each case is packed in a Team Global Priority satchel, with the printed consignment note attached, and ready for pickup. A fee of $17.50 + GST will be charged if the case is not ready on the driver’s arrival or where the satchel doesn’t have the printed consignment note.

For your convenience, you can order your pay-as-you-go Team Global satchels* directly from our website. Simply complete the order form on the right and Team Global will deliver the satchels to your nominated address. Note: Team Global will only deliver to physical addresses, not PO boxes.

You can either book through this page or by logging into MySCD. Make sure you have your SCD account number and practice phone number to hand. Please note, you won’t be able to call Team Global to arrange a pick-up.
Once you’ve arranged your pick-up online, you’ll receive a consignment note via email. Simply print this off and slip it into the clear envelope attached to your satchel.
Not a problem! You’ll be able to amend your email and/or pick-up address to one that suits you.
2pm AEST is the latest a booking can be made to be picked up that day. It may vary in some regional areas so contact us to confirm the time. Bookings made after the cut-off time may be picked up the following business day.
An invoice will be raised by the end of the day when the pickup was requested and emailed to you.
You are no longer able to call Team Global for your pick-ups. All your delivery arrangements have to be made online.
