To order a product, you’ll first need to download a lab sheet from here. If you download a lab sheet through MySCD, it will be pre-populated with all your contact information and account number to make it simple and easy.
Before you submit one, make sure your five-digit account number is clearly listed and you’ve included your contact details in case we need to clarify anything about the case.
When ordering online, give us as much information as possible about each case and always include the shade, tooth number and type of restoration you require. For ceramic veneers and all-ceramic restorations, include the abutment shade.

If your case is urgent, you can organise a rapid pickup from your practice for $15.50 (plus GST), via this link.
It’s important that all cases are packaged in the correct way to ensure safe delivery.
Wherever possible, send us PVS or polyether impressions. We’ll pour the models.
